Holiday craft-fair season
Does your table pay for the booth?
List what you are bringing and what the booth costs. The page prices every piece against its floor - materials plus your time - lays your table out by price tier, and shows how much of your stock has to sell. Ask for the price check when you want a new price and a fix per item, bundles and the signs for your table.
1 What you are bringing
One item a line: name | materials per piece | minutes to make one | price | how many, e.g. Stoneware mug | 7.00 | 50 min | $28 | 24. Time takes min or h. A spreadsheet paste with a header row works too.

What the page sees
The rules the page uses
- Floor = (materials + minutes x your hourly rate) / (1 - card fee). Under it, every sale loses money on your time.
- Healthy = 30% or more of the price above the floor; thin = above the floor, under 30%.
- Tiers: impulse under $15, core $15-49, anchor $50 and up.
- Gauges: the share of the pieces you bring that must sell, if sales are spread like your stock. Green to 35%, amber to 60%.
- Every threshold here is a rule of thumb, not data about your fair. Defaults when left blank: $15 an hour, 3% card fee, one day.
4 Get the price check
Metered. The check reads your list and the numbers, gives every item a status with a quote, a reason, a whole-dollar price and one fix, suggests up to three bundles, writes the signs for your table, and says ready, reprice or rethink. The page holds every status to its own arithmetic, every quote to your list and every sign to a price.
Take it with you
The .csv lists every item with its count, materials, minutes, floor, your price, the suggested price after a check, headroom, status and tier - ready to print as a price sheet or paste into your inventory.
